I sent Apollo to the trainer's yesterday for a two-week tune-up. This video is of his second ride. I forgot to give her his saddle and bridle, a Wintec 2000 all-purpose saddle and a regular black dressage bridle with rubber-grip reins and a mylar snaffle-type bit, so she just used her tack. This is of the tail end of his lesson because we arrived late and she had already been working him. I apologize for the shakiness of the video... I was also trying to keep track of my 15 month old daughter while filming. I will put up another video of him soon that is better quality, and I will make sure to get him doing all three gaits. (hopefully tacked out in his regular gear, too)

Horse lovers know what I’m talking about; the smell of fresh alfalfa hay in the feed bins; ... the feel of the well worn leather as you settle into the saddle and grasp the reins....
